| DESCRIPTION |
|
Housing and meat tray made of high-grade CrNi steel, with
elegant smooth surfaces that resist abrasion. Feed tray
dimensions 349 x 266 x 80 mm with 52 mm throat. Tray capacity
8.3 liters.
Worm housing, worm and collar nut made of stainless steel.
The turns of the worm housing and delivery screw are ideally
matched to the rotational speed.
Cutter set journal made of super high strength QT steel.
Side lock for worm housing with electrical on/off lockout.
Separate gear unit driven by wear-resistant high-performance
V-belt, low noise and maintenance free. Theoretical throughput
300 to 350 kg/h.
Electrical circuit with restart inhibit after a power failure.
Sensor switch for on/off and reverse running.
The mincer has been approved for safety and hygiene according
to EC Machines Directive 89/392/EEC by an accredited test
laboratory under registered design test Nos. 94042 (FW-N
22) and 94041 (FW-N 82) and GS safety test Nos. 94048 (FW-N
22) and 94047 (FW-N 82). The EC Declaration of Conformity
contained in the operating manual verifies compliance with
the regulations.
