| DESCRIPTION |
|
The VS 12 is especially suitable for cutting sausage, ham,
bacon, smoked meat, roast meat, roast beef, meat, beef olives,
firm-textured vegetables and bread. For butchers' or food
shops, delicatessens, bakeries and large-scale catering
establishments.
The VS 12 cuts cleanly, safely and quickly - from the first
to the last slice. This is ensured by a powerful low-noise
cutter drive together with the proven first-class hollow-ground
cutter made of hard chrome-plated special steel. The adjustable
material support positioned directly next to the cutting
point effectively prevents the material from slipping down.
The slide, with its large material platform, is made of
anodised aluminium and is kept running smoothly by the slide
guide inside the machine housing. The rear slide panel is
equipped with a wide hand guard. The guard plate (with detachable
remnant holder) is made of fracture-proof, transparent food-safe
plastic.
