Precision slicer with a built in scale. The Bizerba VS
12 W offers all the benefits of the precision slicer VS12.Beyond
this it lets you slice cold cuts perfectly and weigh it
in a single step.
The Bizerba VS 12 W offers all the benefits of the precision
slicer VS12. Beyond this it lets you slice cold cuts perfectly
and weigh it in a single step, because this beautifully
designed slicer comes with a built in scale.
This provides safety and added speed. The scale can be
switched on and off independently from the slicer. The maximum
weighing range is 3000 g / 2 g increments. At the same time
the tare function is available across the complete weighing
range.
The symbol NET appears in the clear LCD display and the
weight is automatically zeroed in the display.
For easy cleaning the weighing plate can be dismounted
with a single motion.
