Refinery (Refining Plant 15kg)

Our refining plant is made in polypropylene enbloe structure. Frontal section there is a working plan provided with:

• Two reactors 50 Its capacity in borosilicated glass with exhaust value and electric heater.
• Two fume coolers in glass provided with 5 way coil.
• Two flasks 20 lts capacity for acid with exhaust value and pipes.
• Pipes in PP for acid piping and values.
• Suction pipes in every station.
• Aqua regia precipitator with electric stirrer and exhaust Balzani valve.
• Diaphragm pump for the charging and discharging of acid. (by this way the operator have not to touch the acid by hand, the operator have only to operate on the valves)
• Buckner filter for silver chloride.
• Chiller for maintain the water in the cooling coil at 7 C mod. MTA 10
