MRT5M is an hyperbolic straightening machine ideal to process tubes or rods made of steel or other metals, hot or cold drawn, with diameters from 10 to 30 mm. The device is equipped with 5 straightening groups consisting of hyperbolic pairs of rollers mounted obliquely and having an inclination opposed to each pair. Wind Line Machine

This machine produces wire line, which is obtained by twisting several wires around a wire or a strand. Speed of twisting can be adjusted according needs. Up to 12 coils (plus a central one) can be set on the revolving support. Moreover, the coils are provided with a clutch that allows you to process also very thin wires. The machine is equipped with two motors controlled by an inverter: one is designed for a working rate of up to 5 mt./min. (set speed remaining constant), while the other can achieve a spinning rate of 500 rv/min.
