Vacuum Casting Machine
Double Chamber
TVC-d is the only Pressure over Vacuum Casting Machine available in the market conceived in a double chamber topology. This unique characteristic is particularly suitable for lost-wax investment casting in jewellery, industrial prototyping and dental alloys. It melts metals as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze and pewter. For its peculiar features this family of machines are characterized of a very high productivity and the highest casting quality today available in the market. Casting cycle consists of melting the alloys in protective gas and then injecting the molten metal in the vacuumed flask. After the filling and during the solidification phase a strong compression takes place in the mould.

Single Chamber
TVC-s series machines are low-cost vacuum casting machines for lost-wax investment casting of jewellery and more generally: gold, silver and copper alloys. Casting cycle consists of melting the alloys in protective gas and then injecting the molten metal in the vacuumed flask. The heating system is a medium frequency induction generator ensuring excellent stirring of the alloy, while the temperature is accurately measured by a calibrated thermocouple. Process environment is conceptually divided in two parts: the melting chamber and the flask chamber. The melting chamber accepts a cylindrical crucible in graphite with a hole in the bottom and a stopper rod which operates an open/close action. The lower chamber accepts the refractory flasks, receiving the molten alloy.

Centrifugal Vacuum Casting Machines - Class B
The machine is suited to produce precision casting of jewellery alloys, dental alloys, industrial alloys, containing gold, silver, platinum, palladium, steel, nickel, CrCo (Chrome-Cobalt), copper, titanium and other reactive elements, with lost-wax investment casting system.
The casting cycle begins with alloy melting under protective gas or vacuum and the following casting into the flask by centrifugal force. After the casting and during the solidification phase a strong compression takes place in the mould.
A medium frequency induction heating system guarantee a fast and homogeneous mixing of the alloy before casting while temperature measurement is achieved with an accurate infrared optical pyrometer.
The arm of the centrifuge may be entire or broken. The latter one has the advantage to have the casting direction always in axis with the flask. The rotation of the arm is done by a brushless motor with low inertia to get high initial acceleration while the speed profile is programmable to control the injection rate and the following compression.
The melting crucible is made in special ceramic and a pneumatic lift moves up and down the coil around it.
A powerful vacuum pump guarantees fast casting cycles.
Operator panel is simple and intuitive and, for the control of the casting process, you need only one pushbutton.
To edit casting programs and monitor the process, a Touch-Screen with Synoptic Display is provided. The machine comes out with a number of programs.

Centrifugal Vacuum Casting Machine - Class A
This family of machines is especially suited to produce precision casting of Titanium alloys and other intermetallic compounds like Titanium Alluminides, with lost-wax investment casting system.
The casting cycle begins with oxygen removal from the melting chamber, alloy melting under protective gas or high vacuum and the following casting into the flask by centrifugal force. After the casting and during the solidification phase a strong compression takes place in the mould.
A medium frequency induction heating generator guarantees a fast and homogeneous mixing of the alloy before casting while temperature measurement is achieved with an accurate infrared optical pyrometer. Higher induction power density are used in class A machines compared to class B.
The arm of the centrifuge may be entire or broken. The arm rotation speed profile is programmable to control the injection rate and the following compression.
The melting crucible is made in stabilized ceramic material with very low Titanium reaction while a pneumatic lift moves up and down the coil around it for heating or rotating.
A powerful multistage vacuum pump system guarantees fast casting cycles and high level of vacuum.
Operator panel is simple and intuitive and, for the control of the casting process, you need only one pushbutton.
To edit casting programs and monitor the process, a Touch-Screen with Synoptic Display is provided. The machine comes out already set and ready to be used for the most common alloys.
