THE NEW GENERATION OF 3D OF WAX PIECES

 
WAX PIECES

Sensitive to all market requests, Riacetech has developed a wax injection process based on hydro soluble support. It will be possible to realize 3D filigreed and hollow objects using normal and standard wax and over going the removal boundary of the interior part of the mould.

Main advantages compared to the Prototype technique:
  • Inexpensive for bigger productions ( the cost of the Hydroresin if 5 times lower).
  • Final wax piece avoiding melting problems of the resins.
  • Number of pieces per day which can be made over any prototype.
  • Dissolving Hydroresina into still water ( no acids) and without any draining problems.
  • Fully non-toxicity.
  • Use of one of our standard injectors (no adding cost for special machinery).
